Constructability Review

Roen Associates performed a Constructability Review on this STEM magnet school. The site was flat and easily accommodated the new building. The contractor has good access and room for lay down. The design team was, however, pressed to complete the documents and when Roen Associates reviewed them, we found a great deal to discuss.

The foundation was drilled cast in place concrete piers and early completion of these was critical to a project finished on time. Scheduling was a major challenge for the successful general contractor.
